One of the most popular ways of funding an inheritance dispute, contentious probate dispute or a contested will is through a particular type of ‘No Win – No Fee arrangement’ known as a Conditional Fee Agreement or CFA.
Not all cases are suitable for a No Win – No Fee option, but as a company we are always happy to consider the potential scheme.
If a matter is on a No fee CFA basis and the case is lost, then we will not make a charge for our services unless we have agreed something with you. If you win the case, then you will pay our fees and costs together with a success fee which we would have agreed beforehand.
We will seek recovery of your basic legal costs from the opponent or the estate.
